Just a quick overview

I've mentioned the pc muscle quite a bit so far so here's a quite explanation of what it is.

PC is short for Pubococcygeus which is a muscle both men and women have. They are also referred to as Pelvic Floor Muscles.

The group of muscles are what control urine and the flexing of your penis. When you have an erection and flex your penis this is actually the PC muscle working.

By strengthening these muscles you can gain better control over ejaculation by teaching your muscles to stay relaxed rather than tense up and get over excited. This was my problem as my I had no control over what my penis was doing.

Like most muscles they'll need rest to build up and become stronger so it is important not to work them too hard. The exercise used to strengthen the PC muscles are called Kegels. There are two types of Kegels, normal and reverse. One muscle group is used to hold urine in and the other to push it out.
