My journey from no go to pro in the bed

Research into Kegels

At first I thought Kegels would strengthen the penis and help me control my pc muscle more which was true but it wasn't all I needed to do.

From research I found out that to stop my problems with not being able to control my pc muscle I had to focus on Reverse Kegels as well. You're probably wondering what Kegels are and I will explain in a minute. So to control my pc muscle and be able to control it's flexing which caused ejaculation to happen sooner I'd have to do Kegels.

Why is control important you ask?

Control of the pc muscle is very important. If you can keep this relaxed during sex then you'll end up with long awesome love sessions. By teaching yourself to control it it'll soon become second nature and it'll do what you want it to without even having to be focused on. Take kissing for instance. Remember your first real make out session? You focused on where you're tongue was, what your lips were doing, eyes closed or open? After a while you'll do it perfectly without even thinking. This is what we want to aim for with the pc muscle. By keeping it relaxed the natural incline to ejaculation will take longer to reach and even when you feel yourself getting to the point of ejaculation you can actually use the pc muscles to stop you from reaching it.

What are Kegels???

Kegels are essentially a method of strengthening your pc muscle to enjoy an improved harder erection and have more control over the pc muscle whilst having sex.

There are two type of Kegels and it's important to do them both.

Kegels

A normal average kegel has you focusing on the part of your pc muscle that stops urine flow. By strengthening this part it'll help blood flow, leading to harder erections and can also help you come back from the point of no return by squeezing it just before you ejaculate.

The best way to find this muscle is to go to the toilet and stop your urine mid flow. After a few attempts you should be able to find this muscle. Another way of finding this muscle is by getting an erection and flexing your penis so it bounces up.

Reverse Kegels

Probably the one you want to focus on more if you suffer from PE. This type of kegel will focus on the part of your pc muscle which pushes urine out. So practically the reverse of a normal kegel. By being able to control this you'll be able to keep it relaxed more during sex which will cause the muscle stop pushing semen forward through your penis and into an ejaculation.

The best way to find this muscle is when you go to the toilet force your urine out as fast as possible. When tensing this muscle it'll feel as if you're pushing out a fart and you should feel just above your penis tense and also under your testicals. Your abs will probably tense up also and for the first few times you may fight it hard to keep a steady breathing pattern.

My Routine

It's important you exercise both of these muscles. They both do two different things but by using them together they'll help you last longer. So here's my routine:

100 fast Kegels
10 Kegels holding it tense for around 20 seconds each time (10 second break in-between)

100 fast Reverse Kegels
10 Reverse Kegels holding it tense for 20 seconds each time (10 second break in-between)

I noticed my muscles around my penis were slightly achy in the morning which is a good sign. I do this two nights in a row and then rest for a day.
