My journey from no go to pro in the bed

A bit about me (It's important you read this too)


First I'm not trying to sell you anything, this is my own personal diary of my journey to beating premature ejaculation and I'm posting it online so not only I can keep track but you can have a look at hopefully pick up a few tips too.

Okay so I've been suffering with premature ejaculation for well over 2 years now. It all started when I first ever had sex with my girlfriend. I ejaculated in seconds and from this day on I still do. When I was going out with my girlfriend we had sex a good 3 to 5 times a week but I never improved. We broke up and 6 months down the line I got a new girlfriend, this time before we had sex I went to the doctors for help.


The doctors prescribed me Paroxetine which is a form of antidepressant. I picked up my 30 tablets and had one every day. When we came round to having sex I was amazing!!! Lasted a good 20 minutes first time!!! Unfortunately as soon as my tablets ran out I went straight back to normal. On the plus side though these tablets shown me that I can be fixed. To get more tablets I'd have to go see my doctor again and cash out another £7 for 30 more. I didn't want to rely on tablets for the rest of my life so this is my start to a new improved me.


I did start doing the Stop/Start (Edging) technique but I noticed no matter how hard I tried I couldn't keep control of my ejaculation muscle (also known as the PC muscle see PC muscle page for more info) so I'm having to start at the basics and start to understand my body and how it works rather than diving into a technique that won't work until I know what's going on. I'm hoping Kegels and watching Porn whilst not touching myself will not only improve my PC muscle but will also help you control it and keep it relaxed throughout my other training methods.
